Helping Every Area of Relationships
Overview
The BCFS Health and Human Services’ HEART program will support adults seeking to build healthier romantic relationships, strengthen co-parenting dynamics, and improve their family’s overall stability and functioning. Grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based practices, HEART will achieve its goals through a structured set of objectives centered on relationship education, case management, employment readiness, mental health screening, and coordinated referrals. This program is designed to serve residents of Smith County ages 18 and up.
