Family Resource Center (FRC)
Overview
The FRC serves as a place-based center for family support services, community resources, community engagement opportunities, and social support programing. The FRC seeks to increase protective factors by teaching parents to be resilient, connect with their community, and learn positive parenting.

Eligibility
- Harlingen – Adults with Children 0-5 years
- San Antonio – Adults with Children 6-17 years
- Lufkin – Primary Caregivers who are pregnant or expecting a child or caring for a child who is 0-5 years of age.

The FRC has really helped me and my family by providing us with our household items and it really does make a huge difference. With things getting more and more expensive it is a relief when I can count on them to lend a helping hand. It isn’t even the items, it’s the support from the community and how many people I have referred and the sign of relief they get knowing there is help out there.
