Program

Youth Averted from Delinquency (YAD)

Overview

Youth are referred to the Youth Averted from Delinquency (YAD) program through the juvenile justice court or juvenile probation. YAD uses a team approach to implement an In-Home Family Preservation model of service. A case manager provides intensive case management on a weekly basis. Records, court requirements, and case management are monitored and facilitated by a degreed Case Manager.

Eligibility

Youth having behavioral issues at home and parents interested in learning evidence-based skills for youth ages 10-17 years referred by the juvenile justice court or juvenile probation.

I enjoy talking with my case manager because he is easy to talk to,  I also feel comfortable with Janice (Mentor). She is a lot of fun.
