Youth have the tools necessary to successfully transition from foster care to adult living. Some of these tools include activities-based curricula to teach independent living life skills, services to help expand self-confidence and learn self-guidance and assistance with career assessments, job search, job referrals, mentoring, job skills training, job placement and provide educational funding and support.

connectED

The program serves young adults ages 16-24 who have foster care experience. connectED’s goal is to support the youth’s overall goals and improve their economic outcomes. The program utilizes evidence-based interventions to help youth learn and practice positive relationship skills; pursue and retain meaningful employment; and develop a network of healthy peer support. The program provides PAID life skills training and mentor like support to manage everyday obstacles.
