Our House – Transitional Living (Kerrville)

The primary focus is to provide temporary housing to young adults over the age of 18 who have aged out of foster care, are homeless or are at risk of being homeless for a period of up to 18 months while they are provided with case management and counseling services helping to prepare them for living independently.

Intensive case management services for up to 180 days to youth who have committed offenses, have a history of truancy, and/or who have discipline issues.

Youth Averted from Delinquency Mentoring (YAD Mentoring)

This program provides mentorship services as a form of detention diversion and youth reconnection in Kerr County by providing specialized mentorship support using evidence-based practices to help youth build family-based resilience, mitigate trauma-related behavior and meaningfully connect with a network of safe adults.
